With almost 4,000 sq ft of livable interior space spread across four levels, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests. Some favorite features of current and past guests here are the multiple outdoor tower viewers, the second-floor pool balcony, and the top-floor birds-eye-view party loft.

Interior Layout & Features
The main area of the ground floor is currently purposed as a recreation room featuring a pool table, tv, comfortable lounge seating, electric fireplace, laundry room and a daybed. It opens to a fully-furnished beachfront balcony, as well as the beach boardwalk. Down the hall is a beachfront king-sized bedroom with en-suite and its own private access to the outside deck.

Just outside is a high-top dining table with seating for four, plus a few Adirondack chairs facing the beach for enjoying a cold drink or a good book.  

Up on the second floor is the main living area and open-concept kitchen with coffee bar and dining area, perfect for bringing everyone together at the beginning and end of every sun-soaked, fun-filled day. There is an additional fireplace on this floor, and the private pool is just outside, featuring underwater barstools with optimum views of the entire coastline. This floor also has a beachview queen-over-queen bunk suite with ensuite, and a private access to the pool balcony. 

Three additional king suites are located on the third floor, each with their own ensuites and private access to the furnished balcony. 

The wrap-around balcony here features a large outdoor sectional, additional Adirondack chairs, plus an outdoor TV. Partially shaded, this area can be enjoyed anytime, day or night. 

The fourth floor, easily accessed by the elevator that provides service from top to bottom levels, is full of charm. There is a kitchenette with wet bar, large TV, high-top table with seating for four, a queen-size pullout couch, and a ½ bath. The glass doors slide open to a beautiful full-size bed swing on the beachfront balcony with additional Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor tower viewer for gazing miles down the coast or over at the Pier. 

A little further down the hallway is a uniquely decorated multi-queen bunk room with one queen-size bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed, plus en-suite.

Stepping Outside
The front yard is truly its own outdoor living space, beautifully landscaped and equipped with state-of-the-art evening lighting to set the mood for guests to enjoy the fun around the clock. The grassy area is large enough to host a game of cornhole, outdoor lawn dice tournaments, and Snook ball.

Guests have used this wonderful outdoor space for birthday parties and even weddings. While over on the west side of the yard is a paved pathway leading down to a beachfront access gate and a small putting green. 

The home includes a privacy fence around the entire perimeter, for keeping the throngs of spring breakers at bay. And for convenience, there’s even an outdoor shower near the gate for washing off all of that powdered-sugar-like white sand.
