The auction for the Talis Park home of professional golfer and Golf Channel analyst Mark Lye is off.
As of Friday the 4,575-square-foot contemporary home at 16763 Prato Way is under contract, with plans to settle Wednesday.
“After two years of being on the traditional real estate market with little activity, Elite Auctions was able to secure a cash contract on our home in just two weeks,” Lye said.
Details of the real estate transaction are confidential until settlement.
EJ McLean, with MVP Realty, had the listing for the home, which has five bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, a covered outdoor kitchen, two two-car garages, two home offices, a 40-foot pool, a large great room and a fireplace.
