Dallas city councilman Lee Kleinman will be looking for new digs if his North Dallas mansion sells later this month.
Kleinman’s 7,154-square-foot home on Ricks Circle is set to be auctioned Sept. 28. Florida-based Elite Auctions will take bids for the house, with no reserve.

The house, which sits on two acres, was most recently listed for $3.5 million. The wooded property includes a creek and a pond. The house has five bedrooms and six baths, four fireplaces
A feature of the home is a double helix floating staircase.
