Villa Vista is owned by Deane Conley, who purchased the land for $450,000 in 2012, according to property documents. She designed the home and completed it in 2016.
Conley, a published author and songwriter, also owned and designed Villa Collina, one of the largest homes in Tennessee, which is on the market again for $15 million.
