A French-inspired estate on Lakehurst Ave. in the tony Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas, Texas will be sold at auction with no reserve on Saturday, July 20th.

The four-bedroom home offers four full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. Built in 2002, it is 7,990 total square feet in size. Masterfully designed by architect Don Caperton and built by Oscar Ponder of Encore Homes, the home took two years to build. It is located in the middle of the block between Preston Rd. and Hillcrest, on a corner lot.
