Villa Vista, one of Tennessee’s largest estates, comes to auction on December 8th, courtesy of Elite Auctions. The sprawling 1.15-acre property in Bridgemore Estates is perched at the highest point in the Knoxville suburb of Farragut with mountain and lake views.
The prestigious residence was designed by author, songwriter and designer Deane Conley, the home’s owner who also designed Villa Collina, widely considered an architectural treasure as Tennessee’s largest home.
