Forbes: This Los Angeles County Mansion Will Be Sold At Auction

A spectacular Diamond Bar estate in San Gabriel Valley in eastern Los Angeles County will be sold by Elite Auctions on June 1st with no reserve. The 7,249-square-foot contemporary mansion, which was built in 2005, recently had a renovation that cost more than $2 million.

Located at 22119 Steeplechase Lane, the home is owned by Bill Etreby, former chief executive of Etreby Computer Co., a software development company that provides a management system for pharmacies.

The home is located in The Country, a 24-hour guard-gated residential community located at the junction of Orange and Pomona highway. The Country offers its residents many amenities including 24-hour security, lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, swimming pool, children’s playground, walking trails, and a 134-acre untouched wilderness park complete with a natural stream and abundant wildlife.

Situated on a large leveled lot of 1.17 acres, the Mediterranean-style home has airy, open spaces. Two-story-high ceilings are found in the entryway, formal dining room and living room. The home features two staircases.

There are four fireplaces found throughout the home, including in the living room, family room, master bedroom and outdoor area. There are two offices, library, three-level elevator and a wet bar.
