The 4,500-square-foot home with private beach access was listed for $4.5 million
A brand new contemporary house in Naples, Florida, that was listed for $4.5 million before it was completed, will be auctioned without reserve on April 25.
The 4,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an office, and formal dining and living spaces. It also comes with a lanai, a pool, and a three-car garage with high ceilings.
“It has a master closet as big as most master bedrooms,” said Joseph Dipascale, the current owner of the property. “There is a private beach you can walk to from the home.”
Mr. Dipascale, 45, a restaurateur, and his wife, Jennifer, bought the property for $1.125 million in November 2017, he said. They knocked down the old house and commissioned Clive Daniel, a well-recognized architect in Florida, to custom build this new one.
“So many homes in the exclusive community, Park Shore, are older,” Mr. Dipascale said. “I am selling this one to do another project.”
He is auctioning the home via Elite Auctions on April 25 on site, because he would like to have a specific day and time to sell the home, he said.
“Come auction day, this beautiful luxury property just completed in Park Shore, which is minutes from the beach and downtown Naples, is going to the highest bidder,” said Tara McLean, president at Elite Auctions.
Interested buyers can take a virtual video tour and bid online anywhere in the world, Ms. McLean said.
