A golf course estate in Naples, Florida, offering a 5,623-square-foot main residence and more than 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space, will be auctioned without reserve on March 28 both online and on the site.
Located in the exclusive Grey Oaks community and right beside the seventh hole of the Pine Course, the home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, formal dining and living rooms, an extra-large kitchen, an office, and a spacious laundry room, according to New Jersey-based Elite Auctions, which is handling the sale.
The home features expansive windows throughout, bringing in light and blending with outdoor living. The 2,000-square-foot outdoor entertaining space includes a lagoon pool and a lanai. Additionally, there is a garage that can accommodate six standard cars.
The current owner, a former executive in the energy sector, bought the property for $2.45 million in 2013, property records show. He put it on the market for $3.475 million in 2018, and since then, it has been on and off the market with different prices. The last listing price was $3.399 million on Feb. 20, according to listing records.
The seller couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
The auction will be without reserve, meaning that the highest bidder will become the new owner.
