If the Packers beat the 49ers on Sunday, the best revenge might just be to become Aaron Rodgers’ neighbor.
Now’s your chance, as this French-style chateau in Green Bay, Wis., that also happens to be in Rodgers’ neighborhood, is for sale.
The estate that sits on a cul de sac at 4735 Fonda Fields Ct. has actually been on the market more than once, starting at $8.4 million in 2018 and is now listed for $6.9 million on Zillow. But now the home will be sold at auction to the highest bidder at 11 a.m. on Feb. 8 at the property.
The stone home has three levels, eight bedrooms, seven full baths and three half baths. It spans 27,699 square feet and rests on approximately 2.73 acres of land.
It also includes a theater room, a workout room, a wine cellar, a sauna and hot tub room and two garages with parking for eight cars.
“This is the most exceptional property in the Green Bay area and someone is going to get an amazing property on auction day, ” Elite Auctions President Tara McLean said.
McLean said the home is about 90 percent finished, so new owners will be able to add final touches.
The property includes a “pond stocked with fish” and is surrounded by woods that include “deer and turkeys galore.” It’s also just minutes from Lambeau Field.
The 49ers face the Packers in Sunday’s NFC championship game at Levi’s Stadium.
